
If you’re an avid user of Time Warner Cable’s broadband Internet services you’ve probably heard about the fact that they are using Greensboro as a test market for their new pricing model. The new model basically chargers customers for their Internet usage rather than a simple flat fee.
Time Warner could have limited its damages for this test, but apparently didn’t feel the need to do so. So, what now? Can the Greensboro City Council use their weight to reverse the new billing model for residents of Greensboro?
